Spending time as the lead instructor in Wistow enabled me to see the drops and moves of the trainees and gave me significant understanding into the internal workings of a 6th quality class. Reflecting on my experiences, I created the following ideology.

Different ways of learning

Since all trainees deserve an opportunity to study, I acknowledge that the ways they perceive are markedly different from the students resting following to them. Considering that, I understand the need to differentiate learning and allow different learning styles. Not all students are the same and it would certainly be unfair if the tutor were to work as if the other were true. Each individual has a right to be stimulated and challenged in such a way that is ideal to his or her study degree as well as design.

How students benefit from their thinking

When students are provided an opportunity to construct their personal meaning, their learning comes to be far more substantial. As I look back through my teaching carreer, it is easy to see that students do their best to learn and succeed when they are provided an opportunity to develop sense and cope with problems on their own. It is not only my task to give students with possibilities to develop knowledge on their own, but also to make sure that I am assisting and supporting trainee learning without simply giving answers. I count on a class based around structured student study. My aim in the classroom is to develop structured chances for study that allow trainees to work while learning individually.
