Spending time as the lead instructor in Wistow enabled me to see the drops and moves of the trainees and gave me significant understanding into the internal workings of a 6th quality class. Reflecting on my experiences, I created the following ideology.
Different ways of learning
Since all trainees deserve an opportunity to study, I acknowledge that the ways they perceive are markedly different from the students resting following to them. Considering that, I understand the need to differentiate learning and allow different learning styles. Not all students are the same and it would certainly be unfair if the tutor were to work as if the other were true.
